All delivery services are subject to the following conditions:

• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a fee of HK$200 will be charged for rescheduling.
• A per-item surcharge for delivery to premises with stair-only access, or for items that cannot be transported via elevator in your residential building due to their size.
• Delivery time: Monday to Saturday office hours (9am to 6pm)
• No delivery on Sundays and public holidays

Additional delivery charges will apply for buildings without elevators or products that can only be accessed via stairs (charges as follows, depending on quantity; if you have any questions, please contact KLT).

Delivery Service Arrangement Notes

1. Areas where delivery service is unavailable include: restricted areas, roads inaccessible to vehicles weighing 5.5 tonnes or more, exhibition venues, warehouses, hotels, renovated units, houseboats/boats, construction sites, container terminals, locations where goods must be hoisted through a balcony into the house, or locations where the on-site environment does not permit delivery of purchased goods. For delivery to ferry terminals, customers must arrange sea transportation and goods handling themselves.
2. The delivery service charge covers a range of 100 meters between the unloading point and the delivery address. Otherwise, an additional handling fee of HK$200 will be directly charged by the IKEA-appointed delivery team, and a receipt will be provided.
   
   

All transportation services are arranged by KLT. If no one is at the delivery address on the day of delivery, a re-delivery fee of $200 will be charged, depending on the area.

• As delivery services are arranged on a subcontracted basis, KLT will not be involved in any damages (including building facilities at the delivery address, customer's home facilities, renovations, and belongings) caused during the delivery and installation process. Customers must negotiate solutions directly with the transportation personnel.
• If adverse weather, severe flooding, road blockages or closures occur on the day of delivery, delivery services may be delayed or suspended. We will contact customers by phone to make new arrangements.
• If the delivery address is more than one street or 100 meters away from the permissible parking location, an additional fee of $200 will be charged for the delivery service.

Returns are not accepted. If there are quality issues due to manufacturing defects, customers must contact KLT before signing the delivery receipt. If KLT confirms that the quality issue is due to a manufacturing defect, KLT will arrange further inspection, and products with replaced parts for repair will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
