All delivery services are subject to the following conditions:

• If you are not home when delivery is made, we will charge a fee of HK$200 to reschedule your trip.
• The door-to-door delivery surcharge applies to delivery locations with only stairwell entrances, or items that cannot be transported to your residential building by elevator due to their size.
• Delivery time: Monday to Saturday, during office hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• No delivery on Sundays and public holidays

For products located in buildings without elevators or accessible only by stairs, additional shipping fees will apply ( fees are listed below, depending on quantity; please contact KLT with any questions).

Delivery Service Arrangement Instructions

1. Delivery services are not available in the following areas: restricted areas, roads inaccessible to trucks of 5.5 metric tons or more, exhibition venues, warehouses, hotels, renovation sites, houseboats/boats, construction sites, container terminals, locations where goods must be hung from balconies to be transported indoors, or where the site conditions do not permit the delivery of purchased goods. If delivery to a passenger terminal is required, customers must arrange their own sea transport and cargo handling.
2. The delivery service fee is for the area within 100 meters between the unloading point and the delivery address. Otherwise, the delivery team dispatched by IKEA will charge a handling fee of HK$200 and provide a receipt.
   
   

All delivery services are arranged by KLT. If no one answers the door on the day of delivery, a delivery fee of $200 will be charged for re-delivery, depending on the area.

• Since the delivery service is outsourced, the customer must negotiate a solution with the delivery personnel for any damage caused during the delivery process and installation (including building facilities at the delivery address, customer's home facilities, renovations and supplies), and KLT will not be involved.
• If severe weather, flooding, road blockage or closure occurs on the day of delivery, delivery service may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the customer by phone to make further arrangements.
• If the delivery address and the permitted parking location are more than one street apart or more than 100 meters apart (considered a unit of distance), an additional fee of $200 will be charged for the delivery service.

Returns are not accepted. If the product has quality issues due to a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact KLT before signing the receipt documents . If KLT confirms that the quality issue is due to a manufacturing defect, KLT will arrange further inspection. Products that have been repaired with replaced parts will not be exchanged or refunded .
