KST080 Ideale Auto-Rebounding Dining Table
The Ideale dining table chairs are made from food-grade ABS plastic, ensuring safety, non-toxicity, and compliance with health standards. The auto-rebounding design allows the chairs to automatically return to their original position after use, keeping the space tidy. Manufacturing Process:
(1) The tabletop is made of compact laminate, integrally formed. It is resistant to high temperatures exceeding 80 degrees Celsius. Waterproof: The expansion index after 24 hours of water immersion is no more than 0.1mm. The panel has four rounded corners, making it smooth and free of burrs.
(2) The main structural steel frame uses circular steel tubes, fully welded. The main support steel tube dimensions (four table legs): (Φ50.8mm*T1.5mm) ±1mm. The bottom of the steel legs is equipped with integrally molded non-slip and scratch-resistant soft rubber pads, which are height-adjustable. The foot pads are made of PP plastic coated with rubber. The diameter of the bottom I-beam crossbar steel tube: (Φ35mm*1.5mm) ±1mm. The square tube for the tabletop fixing bracket: (40mm*20mm*T1.2mm) ±1mm.
(3) The seat cushion is integrally injection-molded from new ABS material. The diameter of the seat cushion panel is 296mm±10. It has an inner arc shape in the middle, with a depth of 10mm±2mm. The dimensions of the outer tube of the rebounding support under the seat cushion: (Φ50.8mm*T1.5mm) ±1mm. The dimensions of the main support tube (inner tube): (Φ35mm*T1.5mm) ±1mm. The bottom of the seat cushion uses a conical support plate, which is formed by stamping and stretching, with a chrome-plated surface for high corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. The elbow connection between the seat cushion and the main steel tube: (Φ35mm*T1.5mm) ±1mm, formed by one-time pipe bending, ensuring a firm structure that will not wobble or loosen with long-term use. The seat cushion elbow can rotate 0-270 degrees, allowing chairs to be positioned at both ends of the dining table (along the long and short sides of the tabletop) when combining tables. When seated, the chair's foot pads contact the ground for support, and the cushion can rotate 360 degrees. After leaving the seat, the chair automatically rebounds and returns to its original position for storage. When stored, the chair's foot pads do not contact the ground. The dimensions of the chair's foot pads: (H60mm*upper tube diameter 38mm*lower tube diameter 50mm) ±2mm. Chair foot pad material: PP plastic + soft rubber pad, with an integrally molded non-slip and scratch-resistant soft rubber pad at the bottom.
Functions: The seat cushion elbow can rotate 0-270 degrees, allowing chairs to be positioned at both ends of the dining table (along the long and short sides of the tabletop) when combining tables. The chair automatically rebounds and returns to its original position for storage, with its foot pads not contacting the ground during storage. The bottom of the main structure (four table legs) is equipped with height-adjustable foot pads, which can be adjusted to keep the tabletop level when the ground is uneven.
