KSC037 Note Classroom Rocking Chair
The KSC037 Note Classroom Rocking Chair features a seat and backrest integrally molded from food-contact-grade PP plastic, meticulously designed according to a student's spinal curve. It provides lateral wrapping, a central recess, and an upwardly curved tilt at the top and bottom ends, naturally conforming to the spine, offering strong support to the lower back, and distributing body weight. The contoured recessed center of the seat distributes upper body weight, while the hollow design provides excellent ventilation and heat dissipation. The handle on the backrest makes it easy to move and can also be used as a hook for bags, clothes, etc. The chair legs have a built-in hidden mechanical lifting adjustment mechanism, allowing for quick and smooth height adjustment without knobs. It is equipped with integrated anti-slip foot pads to prevent slipping and scratching floors.

Backrest:
1. Material: Integrally molded from impact-resistant PP plastic.
2. Dimensions: Backrest length 400mm * width 325mm ± 10mm.
3. The backrest has a 55mm ± 5mm concave curved design in the middle, which provides good support for the growing student's spine, preventing scoliosis. The backrest must have a minimum diameter of 4mm ± 1mm to a maximum length of 14mm * width 5mm ± 1mm elliptical radiating ventilation holes, with no less than 220 ventilation holes.
4. Function: The back of the chair features an arch-bridge handle, making it easy to lift and serving as a hook for school bags, clothes, etc.
Seat cushion:
1. Material: Integrally molded from impact-resistant PP plastic.
2. Dimensions: Length 415mm × width 380mm ± 10mm.
3. The seat surface adopts an ergonomic design, with a 45mm ± 5mm concave design in the middle of the seat. The front of the seat must have a wavy and waterfall design, allowing the student's entire buttocks to sit in the concave area, thereby distributing all the upper body weight, making the student more comfortable during study and promoting healthier growth. The seat surface also needs a minimum diameter of 4mm ± 1mm to a maximum length of 14mm ± 1mm.
Chair legs:
1. Material and shape: Eye-shaped steel tube and fish-eye shaped steel tube. Fully welded.
2. Tube diameter dimensions: Lifting upper tube length 48.5mm * width 30mm ± 1mm * thickness 1.5mm eye-shaped steel tube; lifting lower tube length 38mm * width 19mm ± 1mm * thickness 1.8mm eye-shaped steel tube; crossbar length 32mm * width 22mm ± 1mm * thickness 1.5mm fish-eye shaped steel tube. Crossbar length 32mm * width 22mm ± 1mm * thickness 1.5mm fish-eye shaped steel tube.
3. Surface coating: After welding, the steel frame is powder-coated at high temperature.
Foot pads:
1. Material: PA plastic, soft TPE pad. The bottom must have embedded anti-slip and anti-scratch soft pads. The long foot pads must be screwed with horizontal adjustment screws (PP material) to ensure the chair remains balanced and does not tilt.
2. Dimensions: Front foot pad length 168mm * width 38mm * height 35mm ± 1mm and rear foot pad length 53mm * width 32mm * height 45mm.
