KSC003 Futuro Armless Practical Student Chair
The Futuro student chair is integrally molded from food-grade PP plastic. The seat and backrest are designed according to the spinal curve of schoolchildren, with side wraps and a central concave structure to effectively distribute pressure. The seat's hip contour combined with a hollow design enhances breathability and weight distribution. The backrest integrates a handle function, which also serves as a hook. The oval steel tube frame provides stable support, and the integrated non-slip soft pads at the bottom protect floors, making it scratch-resistant and durable, an ideal choice for classrooms and learning spaces.

Backrest:
1. Material: Integrally molded from impact-resistant PP plastic.
2. Dimensions: Backrest length 400mm * width 325mm ± 10mm. Steel tube: length 32mm * width 22mm * thickness 1.5mm ± 1mm fish-eye shaped steel tube.
3. The backrest has a concave curved design of 50mm ± 5mm in the middle, which can effectively support the developing spines of schoolchildren, preventing scoliosis. The backrest must have at least 220 elliptical ventilation holes with a minimum diameter of 5mm ± 1mm and a maximum length of 16mm ± 1mm.
4. Function: The back of the backrest is designed with an arched handle for easy carrying and also functions as a hook for hanging school bags, clothes, etc.
Seat:
1. Material: Integrally molded from impact-resistant PP plastic.
2. Dimensions: Length 415mm × width 380mm ± 10mm.
3. The seat surface adopts an ergonomic design, with a concave design of 55mm ± 5mm in the middle. The front of the seat must have a wavy and waterfall-like design, allowing students' entire hips to sit in the concave area, thereby distributing all the weight of the upper body, making children more comfortable during learning and promoting healthier growth. The seat surface must have a minimum diameter of 4mm ± 1mm to a maximum length of 14mm * 5mm.
Leg frame:
1. Material and shape: Fish-eye shaped steel tube. Fully welded.
2. Tube diameter dimensions: Length 32mm * 22mm ± 1mm * thickness 1.5mm.
3. Surface coating: After welding, the steel tube frame undergoes high-temperature powder coating.
Foot pads:
1. Material: PA plastic, soft pad TPE; the bottom must have embedded non-slip and scratch-resistant soft pads.
2. Dimensions: Length 31 * width 21 * height 60mm.
