All delivery services are subject to the following conditions:
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we will charge a fee of HK$200 to reschedule your trip.
- A per-item door-to-door surcharge applies to delivery locations with stair access only, or items that, due to their size, cannot be transported using an elevator in your residential building.
- Delivery time: Monday to Saturday office hours (9am to 6pm)
- No delivery on Sundays and public holidays
For buildings without elevators or products that can only be accessed by stairs, additional shipping fees will be charged.(The charges are as follows, depending onIf you have any questions about quantity, please contact KLT.)

Delivery service arrangements
- Delivery service is not available in the following areas: restricted areas, roads that are inaccessible to trucks weighing 5.5 tonnes or more, exhibition venues, warehouses, hotels, renovated units, houseboats/boats, construction sites, container terminals, locations where goods must be hung from the balcony to enter the house, or locations where the on-site environment does not allow for the delivery of purchased goods. If delivery is required to the ferry terminal, customers must arrange sea transportation and cargo loading and unloading by themselves.
- Delivery service charges are for deliveries within 100 metres from the unloading point to the delivery address. Otherwise, the IKEA delivery team will directly charge a handling fee of HK$200 and provide a receipt.
All transportation services are arranged by KLT. If no one answers the door at the delivery address on the delivery day, re-delivery will be required and a delivery fee of $200 will be charged, depending on the delivery area.
- As the delivery service is outsourced, all damages caused during the delivery and installation process (including the building facilities at the delivery address, the customer's home facilities, decoration and supplies) must be discussed and resolved with the transport personnel by the customer. KLT will not be involved.
- If there is bad weather, severe flooding, road congestion or closure on the delivery day, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the customer by phone to make further arrangements.
- If the delivery address is more than one street away from the permitted parking location or more than 100 meters away, an additional delivery fee of $200 will be charged.
No returns are accepted. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, the customer mustBefore signing the delivery documentsContact KLT. If KLT confirms that the quality problem is due to factory defects, KLT will arrange further inspections and replace parts for the repaired product.No exchanges or refunds.
Quality issues do not include the following situations :
