First, the computer screen must be centered, with your eyes focused on the horizon. Your hands should be at your sides at a 90-100-degree angle. Most importantly, don't let your shoulders sag! Secondly, the desk height should be about 1-2cm below your elbows for optimal comfort without fatigue. Remember to avoid prolonged twisting while working, and placing your computer monitor to your left or right is definitely not recommended. While it may create a sense of space, this sitting position can increase your risk of sciatica, a pain that's difficult to treat.
While standing for extended periods of time is certainly beneficial for your health, we don't recommend it, as it can lead to problems like swollen feet. The purpose of using an electric lift is to improve blood circulation and refresh yourself. The most appropriate rule for using a lift is to stand for 30 minutes and sit for 30 minutes. This alternating sitting and standing pattern reduces the pressure and pain in your lower back caused by prolonged sitting, allowing blood to flow more quickly to your brain, energizing you for focused work and improving your efficiency to get the day's tasks done properly!
